Are your products genuine?
Yes. Every product we sell is 100% genuine, sourced through authorized brand distributors, and comes with the official brand warranty stated on its product page.
How much does delivery cost?
Insured home delivery is free on orders of Rs 15,000 and above. Orders below Rs 15,000 have a Rs 500 delivery charge. Express delivery is available in major cities for Rs 1,500.
How long will delivery take?
Insured home delivery takes 5-7 business days. Express delivery takes 2-3 business days in select major cities. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery and Bank Deposit, along with any other payment options shown at checkout. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel free of charge any time before your order is dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp or email with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may return it under our Return & Refund Policy.
How do I return a product or get a refund?
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original packaging. What if my product arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
