Cancellation by the Customer
You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. To cancel, contact us on WhatsApp at +92 331 2223835 or email info@alaziztech.com with your order number.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. You may instead request a return within 7 days of delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If you paid in advance (bank deposit or online payment), the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method or the account details you provide within 5-7 business days of cancellation. Cash on Delivery orders cancelled before dispatch involve no charges.
Cancellation by Al Aziz Electronics
We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. In such cases, we will inform you and issue a full refund of any amount paid.
